Original Floor Plan Assessment
Our design services begin with an Original Floor Plan Assessment.
After meeting with you to ensure we understand your design goals, ideas, wants and needs, we will consider the amount of space you have verses the amount of space you need and/or would like. We will also investigate your home’s foundation, structure and current design elements.
In order to plan the details, scope and timeline of your project, we will need to fully understand all of these elements and more, as we develop a design and entire project plan that meets your needs and stays within budget.
We will create a demo of your original floor plan that illustrates our new design, incorporating the best use of your space and accounts for accurate planning and budgeting.

Using the information gathered from the assessment of your space, we will work with you to create a preliminary set of designs. We will then create a special, true-to-life rendering of your new space, which also includes specific color and product selections, furniture placement (both existing and new), and every project detail you can possibly imagine.
You will be able to visualize and actually see what your new space will look like when it is complete. Our clients are always amazed at how the end-result is identical to the renderings we provide before we ever “break ground.”
We will provide you with a detailed plan and schedule for each phase of your project to ensure every step proceeds smoothly, resulting in the best final product and overall experience for you!
Product Selection Coordination
We work closely with you to make sure you are well-informed and beyond satisfied with each product and selection.
Our design team will work with you to find the perfect selection of product elements to fit your taste and needs. In many cases, our clients trust us to make these decisions for them.
