2369 East Avenue

The property located at 2369 East Avenue is improved with an approximately 7000 square foot residence and adjoining carriage barn. It was originally built for Frank Thompson Ellison who gave the 470 acre tract of land known as Ellison Park to Monroe County, along with other philanthropic gifts to the YWCA and the City of Rochester.

East Avenue is arguably the area's most historic and easily identified streets. This property's immediate neighbor is the Stone Tolan House which is the oldest residence in Monroe County.
