The old bathroom was updated with a granite vanity counter, custom tile/stone stand up shower and new tile floor. A closet was also added for additional storage.
A new bar area adds a whole new dimension to this lower level; drinks and refreshments can be stored here creating a perfect spot for the family to entertain. The area includes a custom built-in wet bar with under-the-counter refrigeration and additional storage underneath the counter as well.
A new egress window was installed to not only comply with local town codes, but also provides additional natural light into the room.
The pride of this lower level is the state of the art theatre room, complete with stadium seating. Guests have a clear view of the high definition projection screen from any spot in this theatre, which is also accented with custom built columns around the screen with built-in speakers for the front and back walls.
As a finishing touch, the room is accented with crown molding and multiple light fixtures, perfect for creating a wide variety of moods.
