Nestled on the shore of Canandaigua Lake, this house was literally falling toward the water.
In order to properly re-support and secure the home, Norbut Renovations jackhammered the foundational wall closest to the lake and dug another 12 inches deep. This additional depth provided the ability to build a proper foundation as well as the room for an eight foot ceiling.
Once the foundation work was complete, the basement was ready for design. We added a bedroom, bathroom, bar area and living room as well as a walk out and patio. The homeowners are now able to enjoy their home and new living space for years to come without worry.
