A Wish List form will be sent to you to fill out and send back. At this time, you will also be asked to send us your Houzz and/or Pinterest boards to help us gain better knowledge of your ideas and style.
A meeting will be scheduled for the Project Developer to visit you at your home to understand your space, needs, and wishes and to give you an estimated budget range for your project.
A design contract will be written up for your approval. It will include a ‘scope of work’ created with the information we collect and discuss with you.
An appointment will be schedule for the Project Manager to visit your home to acquire accurate measurements and to view all of the existing mechanicals and structural components. This allows our team to create architectural drawings of your home as it is currently built.
The renovation design team will work together to implement your ideas in drawings and plans. Architectural drawings will also be created including schematics, elevation drawings, perspective drawings, structural plans, electrical plans, and furniture plans.
We will present to you 2-3 renovation design plans for you to choose from, as well as a preliminary budget, which includes the scope of work and all the labor and materials needed for your project. Once you choose a design plan to move forward with, we will work closely with it to make any necessary changes to create your ideal plan.
You will then follow a step-by-step process with your dedicated designer to assist in the selection of cabinetry, hardware, appliances, countertops, backsplash, flooring, lighting, and all other necessary product selections.
A final meeting will take place to review and verify all of the steps line-by-line. A build offer will be presented to you at this time if you wish to move forward with the construction phase to make your plans become a reality.
