Dave began his construction career buying dilapidated homes in the Rochester Area and revitalizing them for resale. This eventually led to the creation of Norbut Construction.

My 16 years of experience has enabled me to learn firsthand the varied types of construction in the Rochester area. That knowledge of what is behind those walls enables me to accurately determine how your renovation can be designed and built to compliment your existing home.

Then, I pull together all the necessary construction services to make your project a success. Whether it be an architect, engineer, craftsman, budget, town, venders etc… I work to ensure the best design and most value for you and your family for years to come.

Brett has worked with Dave well before the creation of Norbut Construction, and has continued as a part of the “Norbut Team”. Brett worked for ten years in the field and his proven record of leadership has led him to become the Project Manager and Foreman for your remodel or renovation.

Before any hammer gets swung I make sure that every detail has been designed & estimated to your exact specification. Then I determine what the best plan for action is to ensure the best value and most efficient ways to complete your project. Things like which comes first, the electrician or the plumber, the tile installer or the carpet installer, the HVAC or the painter? When do inspections need to be done? When this is complete we finalize the budget and agree on a time frame that will be needed to complete the task.

I then create a schedule for you to have that keeps you informed of what the time frame is for each aspect of your project. I oversee and manage each detail of your project giving you daily updates as to how things are progressing and answer any questions or concerns that you might have.

Sandy is the newest member of the “Norbut Team” and holds an AS degree in Interior Design and is an Allied member with ASID. With a background in the Arts and a Business Degree, her professionalism and creativity combine to provide an unparalleled level of expertise.

I am one of the first people you will meet when beginning this process. I survey the current layout of your home, listen to what your wants and needs are and incorporate them into your custom remodel or renovation. My ability to anticipate your questions and assist you in envisioning their final product helps to keep communication open through the entire construction process.

My Interior Design training makes it possible for your project to be both ascetically pleasing and to ensure the best functionality based on your individual needs for the space.
