After years of construction experience and working with numerous contractors Dave Norbut created Norbut Renovations with this Mission Statement:
Norbut renovations strives to be the industry’s most distinctive renovation company by organizing and preparing a detailed plan to exceed all expectations of our client.
Our approach is distinctly different.
Everyone who is part of the “Norbut Team” is dedicated to making that mission statement a reality. That is why our approach is distinctly different. We believe that communication and planning are our best assets. We take the time to carefully plan all aspects of your renovation. We will meet with you to ensure we fully understand your goals, your dreams, and your needs taking careful consideration of your timeline, budget and expectations. Questions like-
- Who will be using this space? All family members? Adults? Children? Special needs?
- What style fits you and your home? Contemporary? Traditional? Transitional? What are these styles and how will they best suit us?
- What function will this space need to fulfill? Media room? Entertainment? Kid’s area? Spa-like retreat?
- What timeline are you considering? Will the renovations be done for the Holidays? Is it better when the kids are in or out of school? Before we move in or after?
- Finally, we consider you budget – How much were you considering investing? What are your expectations?

After our initial consultations with you, our Designer and Project Manager will provide you with a complete, full service design/build plan.
- It starts with floor plans from the original to the final design, including perspectives so you can actually envision what the space will look like.
- Furniture layouts, mechanical plans and electrical schematics
We work with you in product selections
- Which sconce gives off ample light?
- What size fan works best in my size bathroom?
- What size chair rail molding and how far off the floor should it be?
We pay close attention to your budget to ensure you are getting the most value for you money
- Is it more cost effective to use granite or quartz?
- Which is more durable while still beautiful for the use in my space?
We will cover all the bases, leaving no stone unturned, no budgetary item unaccounted for, and no surface unfinished.
Only then will we begin the construction phase of your renovation, Our Norbut Team will be overseeing every aspect of your renovation and communicating with you all the schedules and daily updates of progress , from the day construction starts to the day the cleaning staff is done.
